OneStream is Customers’ Choice in Cloud FP&A Solutions – Once Again!

When evaluating corporate performance management (CPM) software, Finance and IT teams often consult several sources as they are developing their short list of vendors. One of the most popular peer review sites in enterprise software is Gartner Peer Insights, which is a free peer review and ratings platform designed for enterprise software and services decision makers. According to Gartner, reviews go through a strict validation and moderation process in an effort to ensure they are authentic. In fact, since October 2015, more than 370,000 reviews across more than 360 markets have been posted to Gartner Peer Insights.

In the cloud FP&A solution market, Gartner Peer Insights has published 593 reviews and ratings in the 12-month period ending January 31, 2021. Read on to learn about the findings of the recently published Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer report on cloud FP&A solutions.

The Power of Voice of the Customer

The “Voice of the Customer” is a document that reports and synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision makers. This aggregated peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, is complementary to Gartner expert research, such as the Magic Quadrants and Critical Capabilities reports. These voluntary reviews reflected in the Voice of the Customer report can play a key role in your buying process, as they focus on direct peer experiences – with no analyst opinions skewing the reviews.

Vendors placed in the upper-right quadrant of the “Voice of the Customer” quadrants are recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction. To qualify for the Customers’ Choice distinction, vendors must have a product that is listed in this market on Gartner Peer Insights, have their overall rating (out of 5 stars) above or equal to the mean rating for that market, and receive 50 or more eligible published customer reviews during the one-year submission period.

Based on reviews posted in the past 12 months, OneStream Software has been recognized as a March 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Cloud FP&A Solutions! This follows on our recognition as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud FP&A Solutions in 2020 and is the second time we have been recognized as Customers’ Choice for Cloud FP&A.  

Based on 52 Gartner-verified customer reviews posted in the past 12 months, OneStream was rated 4.8 out of 5 – the highest score among all vendors who qualified for Customers’ Choice recognition and tied for the highest score across all vendors covered in the report.
